THINGS TO KNOW

Price

The prices are for a stay of at least 7 days.

INCLUSIVE IN THE PRICE – VinschgauCard

This allows you to travel free of charge on the Vinschgau Railway and all other public transport throughout South Tyrol. Upon presentation of the VinschgauCard, you will also receive discounts on cable cars, museums and leisure facilities.

Local taxes

The municipal residence tax is added to the indicated price in the whole of South Tyrol. This amounts to € 2,50 per person per day (from 14 years). The tax is collected on site.

For our little guests

a high chair, travel cot, swing, climbing frame and games are available.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, the holiday flats are ready for occupancy from 2.30 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the flat or room by 9.30 am. In order to ensure a smooth check-in, we kindly ask you to inform us of your approximate arrival time.

Booking confirmation

For the booking confirmation we ask for a deposit of 30% of the travel price to the following account:

Travel resignation and cancellation:

We look forward to your coming and are convinced that everything will work out. Nevertheless, sometimes unforeseen changes unfortunately occur at short notice.
Our cancellation conditions: If you cancel up to 60 days before your holiday, we will refund your deposit minus a €100 administration fee. From day 59 to 30 days before arrival, the entire deposit will be retained as a handling fee. From day 29 to 14 days before arrival we charge 60% of the agreed travel price. From day 13 before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price. In the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% will also be charged.
