Type of data processed, in accordance with Art. 13 of the European Data Protection Regulation, we process the following data:

  • Your master data (first name, last name, address, telephone, e-mail, date of birth, place of birth, language, etc.)
  • Your data in travel documents and identity cards
  • your payment details
  • the length of stay you have requested and any personal preferences related to the stay that you make known to us

The data is stored and processed by us for the provision of our services and, if necessary and legally required, transmitted to third recipients (e.g. public authorities, tourism association). Your data will not be transferred to third countries.
Should you refuse to disclose master data, travel document data and bank data, it will not be possible for us to fulfil our contractual obligations and accommodate you in our establishment. We do not use profiling and automated decisions.
