On our organic farm, the apple, the favourite fruit of the South Tyroleans, takes centre stage. Since 2017, we have been producing according to the organic cultivation guidelines of the organic farming association. Would you like to know on which farm your organic Vinschgau apple was harvested? The project “Biography” makes it possible. Take a look at the story of Martin, your host.

Feeling at home
Cosy ambience and typical South Tyrolean hospitality – that’s what awaits you at the Waalhof.
In our large lounge you will find many hiking books, games and lots of toys for the little ones. In the large garden you can make yourself comfortable, relax or barbecue.
NATURALLY AROMATIC GARDEN HERBS from our herb garden
With a lot of love, farmer Verena has created a herb garden from which you can harvest fresh herbs at any time.
The following grow in our garden: thyme, marjoram, oregano, basil, sage, chives, parsley, rosemary, mint, lemon balm and chive.
Guests are also welcome to pick fruit and vegetables from our garden.
Pilser Village Bakery
Two minutes walk from our house you will find our village bakery. The master baker Pilser Andreas bakes his bread as he used to, without chemical additives and artificial raising agents. Quality and naturalness that you can taste!
